FOOD

Whether drawing Quebec media attention to new products from well-known brands or local small business, Reeves & Associés has gained extensive experience in dealing with the food industry, and we have delivered many successful media relations campaigns.

Our expertise also extends to the hotel and restaurant industry, where we have handled promotions for a number clients, including hotels that have won the Commerce Design Montréal competition, such as Le St-James, Le Gault, Le St‑Paul and Le Germain; restaurants such as L’Épicier, La Brasserie Holder and L’Auberge Saint-Gabriel; and bars, including Bu, Mile End and Billy Kün, to name but a few.

We have enjoyed tremendous success among Quebec media for our public relations campaigns highlighting the market launch of new flavours for Dare Ultimate and Bear Paws cookies, which are nut-free and peanut-free. We also organized the public relations activities for the Quebec launch of US-made Bryers ice cream, five new flavours of Exträas ice cream and new frozen yogurts from Häagen-Dazs. We lined up a series of electronic media interviews for a company representative from Christie Brown in order to explain their new Délisage products. Finally, we handled the widespread publication of the results of a study on Canadian food trends that was conducted by the Food Facts Network.

We created considerable media coverage in Quebec for new products from the Quaker company, including new flavours of Quaker oatmeal, new Chewy bars and Crispy Minis rice chips. We also handled the media aspect of the launch of a variety of orange juices for Tropicana, including the brand new Trop 50, which contains 50% fewer calories.
